The comments
Commenting on the transaction, Roberto Nisica, President of the Punto Pack Group, said: “The acquisition of Printingpack is a further step in the strategic development of our group, offering the market a complete package of primary and secondary packaging with a unique supply chain.”
Roberto Nisica continues, ‘It should be remembered that Printingpack was born out of the history of Punto Pack, where there was a converting department that later became an independent legal entity, which today rejoins our group with the desire to broaden its offer to all our customers and not only, aware of having gained great production experience developed in the 2 factories based in Barberino-Tavarnelle’.
