The growth of Elettrotek Kabel does not stop and recently after reaching the milestone of its first 20 years, they have set out another ambitious goal thanks to the acquisition of the MB Group. A union that strengthens and completes the offer proposed by Elettrotek Kabel by adding a further component to its range of products and offered services.

With over 30 years of experience, the MB Group is specialised in the production of connectors and customised assemblages relying on the insert-moulding technology and using modern technologies for the production, control and certification. Each production step in the company takes place at the facility of Castelnovo di Sotto (RE) where low and high pressure moulds and insert-moulds are made with application in various industrial sectors, such as in the medicine, industrial automation, renewable energy and electrical traction sector.

The acquisition operation was coordinated by our Firm with a team guided by Attorney Francesca Baldi and Saimon Conconi and this will allow Elettroteck Kabel to continue its growth in the market as an international group.
