Acquisition of Parini S.r.l.
Previero N. S.r.l., active in the mechanical recycling of plastics and platform company of European asset manager Ambienta Sgr S.p.A., acquired Parini S.r.l., an Italian company active in the engineering, development and production of machinery for the mechanical sorting of plastic waste. PedersoliGattai assisted Previero with a team led by partner Alessandro Marena and composed of senior associate Elisa Bertoni and associate Giulio Battuello, who handled the M&A aspects of the transaction.
Partner Gian Luca Coggiola acted for the finance profiles, while senior counsel Nicola Martegani and his team handled the due diligence ones.
The Parini family, seller, was assisted by Baldi & Partners, as legal advisors, with a team composed of partner Francesca Baldi and associate Simone Zobbi, and by Baldi Finance S.p.A., as financial advisor, with a team composed of Guido Prati and Francesco Mainini.
